Store Exchange Policy 

At Go Play Outside! our products are designed to be passed down for generations. That being said, customer satisfaction is the sine qua non of our company, so if there are any issues related to your purchase, we’re here to help:

Refunds:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All sales are final. However, we are able to offer a seamless exchange program whereby products may be exchanged for store credit on the basis of their retail value.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

Items must be exchanged within one week (7 days) of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process:

Bring or ship the item to 639 Davenport Road. Ensure the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value for the exchange.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order.
