Refund policy

Our products are designed to be passed down for generations. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery
Most orders within Canada arrive 2–3 business days after they ship. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at magnus@goplayoutside.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

All Sales Final
We don't offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. Instead, we offer exchanges for a different size, a different item, or store credit, based on the retail value of the item.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration can't be exchanged.

How to Exchange
Email magnus@goplayoutside.store with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll confirm the exchange and send you the details. Items can be shipped or dropped off at 639 Davenport Road, Toronto, Ontario M5R 1L3.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll ship your replacement or issue store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
