Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goplayoutside.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Go Play Outside! ("Go Play Outside!," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Products and Pricing
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen, and occasional errors in descriptions, images, or prices may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

Orders and Payment
Payment is due in full when you place your order and is processed securely through our e-commerce platform. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or payment can't be verified. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Orders can't be changed once placed, but if you contact us right away we'll do our best to help.

Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns
Shipping times, exchanges, and our all-sales-final policy are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including our designs, embroidery artwork, photography, film, text, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Go Play Outside! and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share it for marketing purposes, with credit where practical. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you submit.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Play Outside! is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Go Play Outside! harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.
